Where does Pick'em deliver?
We currently deliver to all major metropolitan areas across the country. You can check if your zip code is eligible for delivery on our homepage or during the checkout process.
What is your policy for damaged or missing items?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If an item is missing or arrives in poor condition, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the product to receive a full refund or replacement.
Can I schedule a specific delivery time?
Yes, during checkout you can select a preferred delivery window. We will send you a real-time tracking link via SMS once your order is out for delivery so you can monitor its arrival.
Are your packaging materials recyclable?
Sustainability is core to Pick'em. Our boxes are 100% recyclable, and our insulated liners and ice packs are made from biodegradable or reusable materials.
How can I modify or cancel my subscription?
